Prepare dataset

1. Download the HICO-DET dataset at here, note that you should check and adhere to the original terms and conditions of HICO-DET for using this processed dataset.
2. Download the SD-v1-4.ckpt from huggingface.
3. Optional: Download SD v1.5 at here
