Trying to use get_reply_report_link() Error: Call to undefined function get_reply_report_link() #19

I'm trying to get the get_reply_report_link() on some place else than the but all I get is the error

) Error: Call to undefined function get_reply_report_link() in /app/public/wp-content/themes/alloy-sage/bbpress/loop-single-reply.php on line 35

The report button works fine on bbp_reply_admin_links(), but I like to place it somewhere else.
