A lot of times we don't know if a podcast is current or not, so how do we make sure of that?

Script added to check for last_update less than 30 days
Script to read the readme.md file and grab all the URLs.

However the problem is that all the twitter/mastodon links get checked, so need to figure out a way to ignore those
