If you want to get updates on bugs filled in the Firefox/PDF Viewer component over at Mozilla's Bugzilla, then

If you don't have a bugzilla account yet, then create either a new one or signup using Mozilla Persona by clicking on Log In in the top of the bugzilla main page and then on the Sign In image.
Go to: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=component_watch
Select Firefox from the list of Product
Select PDF Viewer from the list of Component
Press the Add button

You now receive updates to bugs filled on Mozilla's Bugzilla.
