How to handle missing values in data for super-resolution tasks?

Hello,

First of all, thank you for sharing such great code! I am currently working on a super-resolution project where my input data has missing values. The missing values represent either water bodies or gaps in satellite data. I have tried filling them with zeros, but it seems to negatively affect the model's performance.

How did you solve the missing value problem, please?
