- Sweet Potato
- Green Methi
- Coriander Leaves
- Indian Spices
- Achar Masala (Optional)
- Take a Cooker
- Add Oil for Tempering
- Add Mustard Seeds and Cumin Seeds
- Add Sweet Potato (cut into any shape you wants)
- Add Methi and Coriender (15-20% of Sweet Potato)
- Add Cumin/Coriender Powder
- Red Chilli Powder
- Salt to taste
- Pinch of Turmeric
- Add Achar masala (Optional)
- Add about a glass of water for gravy.
- Blow 2-3 Whistle
- Rest cooker for 15min and you are done!
