- Take a Big Tawa
- Add Oil for Tempering
- Add Cumin Seeds
- Add Ringan (cut into dices)
- Add Methi and Coriender
- Add Cumin/Coriender Powder
- Red Chilli Powder
- Salt to taste
- Add Achar masala (Optional)
- Add little Jaggery
- Blow 2-3 Whistle
- Rest cooker for 15min and you are done!
