Hi, it would be great if we were able to configure target tables partitioning using YAML/JSON files.

hi @VinceLegendre ! that would be great if you could add a PR for that.

There's quite a few test cases to cover so it can be trickier than it looks. Mainly thinking about when the source table primary key is part of what you want to use as the partition key and tables in which you don't
And of course all the possibilities of adding columns, changing primary keys, etc.

But it could be good to have something like this, definitely
