Brainhack Donostia 2018

Welcome to the git repository of the Brainhack Donostia 2018. Here you will find all the necessary materials for the tutorials; so, stay tuned!

BrainHack Materials

Here, we are adding the download links for different materials you are going to need to go through different activities and talks we are organizing for you:

Virtual Machine

  • First and foremost, to avoid wasting our time in installation of software and dealing with compatibility issues on many different operating systems, we have created two different virtual machines that you can choose from, depending on the sessions that you want to attend:

Day 1

  • All the materials that you are going to need for NIRS and MEG sessions have been uploaded here.
  • And those that you are going to need for python and git sessions are here and here.

Day 2

  • The bash scripts, and the datasets for both preprocessing and physiological denoising are available here.
  • The ipython notebook and the presentation that you are going to follow during physiological denoising session are available here.
  • And finally, the ipython notebooks and the datasets you are going to use during MVPA tutorial are available here.

Venue

The event will take place at Basque Center on Cognition Brain and Language (BCBL), Donostia-San Sebastian, Spain.
