Seems like there is an issue running snpEff with the M. intracellulare database.
Could you check to see is the database has loaded correctly by downloading the VCF file and trying to annotate it:

test.vcf.txt

wget https://github.com/user-attachments/files/17246142/test.vcf.txt
snpEff ann Mycobacterium_chimaera_ZUERICH-1 test.vcf.txt > out.vcf
