It would be nice to have an option to download transformation result. At best using the media-type from output element (and possibly a matching extension).
Having that you could even grow into web-service interface where the page would be called with params being links to input files (XML and XSL) and would output transformation result.
Also: awesome project! Kudos!
I might try to contribute (for example to this feature) if you don't mind however I'm more C++/Windows Desktop kind of guy. Yet I do have some experience with Java-based web applications.
