Is it still supported? If so, how to use?

Hi, found this Plugin and was curious at first, but sadly quite dissapointed to see it not being properly explained. The little gif is confusing as it was either made in a previous version, or requires certain settings to be changed. The Tags UI is vastly different

And doesn't allow for spaces. so writing "Chapter 1" isn't possible...

Is this Plugin perhaps out of date? Or is there something specific I need to do?

the chapter property seems to be a list of links, not the tags property. i don't know about the rest
