I am attempting to use this plugin, but can't seem to get it to work, specifically, I can't seem to get it to add chapters. Here's what I did, if you can say what's wrong I'd love to know.

Was I supposed to somehow put the chapters in "Properties"?
The real issue is the formatting is entirely different these days, I guess.
