LED turns off while in setup process || placeholder/variables in gui visible || missing page || ntp server issue

1) LED turns off
By usage of v 15.7.0 and this hardware https://www.amazon.de/dp/B0D3D8RMC5?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title the led turns off while in process mode. I used webinstaller and manually created an empty txt file "version.txt"

Lifestream with Led on is working.

Additional it seems so that there is an issue with variables in my system setup:

4) As to be seen in logs there is no correct timestamp:

I already did a reinstallation. No changes

Please use the right files for this, then you will not have these problems.
If you use the SD files from the "Source Code (zip)", you have to build them first, the version.txt is then automatically created and the placeholder "$ TOOLTIP_..." is replaced with the correct content.
