Disk swapping option

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Having to press three keys in exactly the right order to swap a disk is rather annoying. Why is there a menu option for that when it is going to be grayed most of the time? Also why is there no indication in the title bar of which disk image is currently in the virtual drive? That'd be really helpful.

What you want

I want to be able swap disks via the menu option all the time and I would like to see which disk image I have swapped to.
