Hi everyone (cc @ntolley @rythorpe @chenghuzi @stephanie-r-jones ),

I enabled Discussions on HNN-core for asking more usage questions as opposed to the "Issues" tab which should be reserved for bug reports. I am aware that there are other forums for asking HNN-related questions, notably a page on the Neuron forums and a Google group but they don't seem to stick. Discussions is nicely integrated with github which makes it more developer friendly. This is even more relevant now during the GSoC. We can start discussions and engage or just ask questions. I am willing to ask for forgiveness rather than permission. Let us give it a try and see if it works ;-)
