some problems with the contextlib types

  • AbstractContextManager and AbstractAsyncContextManager are ridiculously verbose, and have the same abc issues as collections.,abc
  • @contextmanager returns a _GeneratorContextManager, which is roughly equivalent AbstractContextManager & ContextDecorator
