Missing GraalVM for JDK 23

Hi there!

Hopefully this is the right place to file the issue, I'm just an asdf-java user which seems to be using this repo as the source of truth for Java distros.

I'm trying to find GraalVM for JDK 23 but it doesn't seem to be in the metadata here yet. I can find oracle-graalvm version up to 22, but it doesn't seem to be picking up the GA 23 version yet. A few minor versions also seem to be missing (e.g. 21.0.3, 22.0.2, 22.0.1, etc).
