[Bug]: Relay listener does not update it's Device association in the TA gui

### What happened?

In TA under listeners I have 2 listeners that are using the gpo-listener and 8 using the relay-listner

When I change the association of the listener to device, e.g. under the device column from camera1 to camera2... the following happens.

For the GPO listener the TA log file is updated and when i navigate away and back to the listeners tab the change is correctly show.

For the node Relay listener the TA log file is not updated, the node displays the change but when i navigate away and back to the listeners tab the change has not been recorded.

These last two reassignments are on the GPO listener,  relay changes not reflected.

Hi, still having an issue with this, i am wondering if this is connected to my running of TA using Docker on a Pi5.

Command being used is docker run -d -p 4455:4455 -v $(pwd):/app/config --env APPDATA=/app/config --restart unless-stopped josephdadams/tallyarbiter

I notice that if search for a unique string from the gui config editor on all files on the local file system it doesn't exist. Additionally if I modify the config in the gui it will not save.

Testing on my Macbook with docker my config does show up in my home folder, anyone know when docker on the Pi might not be working?

Update - if've launched Docker with this command and can see the config file being created and updated when things change docker run -d -p 4455:4455 -v /home/admin/:/app/config --env APPDATA=/app/config --restart unless-stopped josephdadams/tallyarbiter. Potentially not connected to Docker.

To clarify, with a number of listeners e.g. 1 thru 8, if i changed the association for any listener to a new device, i can see the update occuring on the relay listerner, however the TA gui will remain with the existing association in the gui until i restart it.
