Azure storage blob upload-batch command in a container

Make sure you have the following ENV vars available

AZURE_STORAGE_CONNECTION_STRING

OR

AZURE_STORAGE_ACCOUNT

AZURE_STORAGE_KEY

also you need to define a source using DATA_FOLDER and destination using DESTINATION
