Docker doesn't run as Jellyfin?

Thanks for the this awesome project. If I can get it to work it will be wonderful!

If so, you could really help me out. In the docker image, there seems to be no Jellyfin user and it looks to be running as root. This is confusing because the setup guide is focused around there being a Jellyfin user on the Jellyfin and Transcode nodes. I am hoping I can use Docker on one end and an LXC on the transcode side.

Am I misunderstanding something here?

I did not create that container, no, so I'm unfortunately not too familiar with it.
