Missing MetaCyc reaction

Hi there. Love this tool and have been using it quite a bit! There are some specific metacyc pathways I'm interested in that are not present in the pathway output tables. I assume these pathways are excluded from the curated database due to reasons listed in your publication. However if a pathway is not present, could I search for individual reactions within the pathway, or would those have been excluded as well? Thanks very much for any info!
