Device Modal on a small screen

When navigating to the device detail modal using a small horizontal screen it doesn't adjust to the height difference because of the fixed size for the window. This makes navigating the device page impossible unless I use the desktop mode setting on the web page.

Would be nice to set the max height of the modal to the fixed size and if the users resolution height is less than the max maybe we should use that for the height so you can still use the UI.

I take that back the "desktop site" button doesn't work it still has the same issue.
