Hi, I request to add emoji flag for Catalonia (more info here and here)

Emoji Tag Sequence: ES-CT U+1F3F4+E0065+E0073+E0063+E0074+E007F 🏴󠁥󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

It's a valid Unicode sequence. It can be used to represent ISO subdivision country territory of Catalonia. Openmoji library added this emoji weeks ago. Some projects use flags for language representation (yes, I know, it's a bad practice, but it happens), and then Catalan flag is needed.

I attached a mockup for this flag.
