What would you like to be added?

The existing Declarative Validation KEP needs to be updated or replaced to reflect the new code generation-based approach. The old approach (reusing OpenAPI validation) is obsolete, and we now have a code generation approach that better meets our needs.

Why is this needed?

Requirement to get validation-gen changes upstream
