DatePicker with disabled dates retains :hover classes for out of bound dates

Hey Team,

Not sure if this is a feature or a bug in the DatePicker with disabled dates component. This is a bit of an edge case but when hovering over the current months dates that are disabled, say a weekend in July, the date stays greyed out and its not an interactive icon. However, say a previous month or a next month (with the .saltCalendarDay-outOfRange class) also falls within that disabled category, it still gains the :hover class making it coloured black and seemingly interactive as if you can jump to the next month.
