Can you please add compatibility with the "Paniel the Automata" mod

Pawns (Paniels) from the mod will study forever, but won't progress.
This is probably due to the fact they're not meant to research, but this makes them useless with this mod :(

Edit: I think it's because Paniels have a global learning factor of 0. Would be good if we had a workaround for studying though.
