Requirements

Install RuleBender 2.1.0.5

• OS X
• Linux

Instructions

• Start RuleBender at the command line.
• Select File -> New...
• Select Project
• Hit Next
• Set Project name to cmw
• Right click on directory in Navigator
• Select Import
• Select General -> File System
• Hit Browse and navigate to Workshop_2016 -> bionetgen -> bng-cell
• Hit Okay
• Select organelle_transport.bngl
• Hit Finish
• Expand cmw and double click on organelle_transport.bngl
• Hit the green play (Simulation) button on the right
• Hit Run
