Feature: List and reuse history items

• .recent command to show recent history items
  • truncate each entry after a certain length
• after showing recent entries, keyboard navigate to select one to add to the prompt (but you can still edit it or hit return to run)
  • hit escape or offer some other way to not select one
• default to showing the last 20 (sorted by date, recent first)
  • CHATGPTREPL_RECENTSIZE changes that default
• override with .recent 5 to show a different amount
• .recent 'foo' searches for recents with text
