Limit for the slots for sponsors / Discuss the limits

Last year we had some sponsors who took a lot of slots, which is okay when they register early. In the end, we had some people not really registering because they thought the sponsor slots are reserved already.

5 slots per sponsor seems to be a lot as well and we should discuss whether to change the limits (the more you sponsor, the more slots you can reserve?) and when they need to take the slots before we're allowing other people in.
