Magic Areas can do a lot more than presence sensing! Check out all of the features!

Light Groups: Creates a light group for each of your areas with all the
light
entities assigned to that area and controls lights according to an area's state. -
Cover Groups: Creates a cover group for each of your areas with all the
cover
entities assigned to that area. - Climate Group: Groups and automatically turns your climate devices on/off based on your area's presence state

Media Player Groups: Creates a media player group for each of your areas with all the
media_player
entities assigned to that area. -
Aggregation: Create aggregate sensors for sensors in a given area based on their
device_class

) - Health Sensors: Create health sensors for an area that is connected to any hazardous sensor in that same area (leaks, gas, smoke)
