C# Entity Framework Core bindings for Molio Doc

Open MolioDocEFCore.sln, right click "Solution 'MolioDocEFCore'" in Solution Explorer and select "Restore NuGet Packages", then build. A molio.db.gz file will be placed in bin/Debug.
