Describe the bug

The 'GROUP BY' feature on the Tools page is not functioning as expected. When a user selects the Language option, it displays the content associated with Tooling Type, and when Tooling Type is selected, it shows the content of Language instead.

Steps To Reproduce

  1. go to 'Tools'
  2. check 'GROUP BY:' section
