@jtextor Now that @benibela has implemented JavaScript code for the linear-time calculation of front-door adjustment sets, can this functionality be made available in the dagitty R package?

Hi, I will wait to incorporate this functionality until @benibela signals to me that this code is ready by doing a pull request.

I'm very happy to hear that you will incorporate front-door adjustment sets into the dagitty R package. I'm creating documentation with worked examples to help students learn how to use this package, and I would love to include an example of this new functionality. We'll wait for @benibela finish the code and submit a pull request.

Thanks. You may also be interested to hear that I implemented causal odds ratio identification and selection variables in dagitty. This allows you to for example analyze case-control studies. This is already available at http://dagitty.net/experimental/dags.html. Check the example "Didelez et al, 2010" (from https://www.jstor.org/stable/41058953)

@jtextor I believe that @benibela submitted pull request #73 to implement front-door adjustment sets, and you merged it on May 26, 2023. Do you plan to make this functionality available in the dagitty R package?
