Need a better way to produce large XML files for functional tests

The scenario spot-accidental-xml-data might not work on some platforms, since that the script might not be able to produce a large XML file if the man-db is not available (e.g., in Ubuntu containers). An alternative approach is required for generating random text content, instead of using man pages.
