Hi !
I use thoses lines in my ruby file

dataframe = Rserve::DataFrame.from_structs(structs)
r.command( df: dataframe ) do
  {script copy/pasted from an R-script}
end

Basically I removed this line from my original working R-script

df /- read.table(file="file.csv",header=T,dec=".",sep="\t")

But I end up with this error because df is not the same data-frame as with read.table

voidEval failed: Packet[cmd=2130771970,len=, con='', status=error:'Unknown variable/method'(127)]

any idea please ?

Actually I have some doubt on df It looks like it is an existing funtion in R

function (x, df1, df2, ncp, log = FALSE)
{
    if (missing(ncp))
        .Internal(df(x, df1, df2, log))
    else .Internal(dnf(x, df1, df2, ncp, log))
}

And if I change df to something else then I have the following error
r.command( duf: hash.to_dataframe ) do

Erreur dans print(class(duf)) :
  erreur d'évaluation de l'argument 'x' lors de la sélection d'une méthode pour la fonction 'print' : Erreur : objet 'duf'
introuvable

I'll look into it.
