Would be nice to have a single hipchat plugin that handled both the nicks and notifications.

See https://github.com/christofdamian/pidgin-hipchat/blob/master/hipchat-helper.pl for the nicks support where it uses the names as determined by pidgin and does the substitution on sending the message so that you can simply use the standard autocomplete for nicks in pidgin.

I'm not sure that the html decoding is needed, so possibly that should be hidden behind an option if the two were to combine?
