Input Recording: Remaining Recording time is transferred after Quit Training

After changing characters the CPU was immediately controllable and input recording.
Maintaining the recording status could lead to other side effects so it should probably get fixed.

How to reproduce:
• Start input recording
• Press start. Recording is on hold while in the training menu.
• Quit Training Mode.
• Press start on the CSS.
• You are immediately recording with the remaining time including control over the character.
