Create a setup script with distutils in order to install with pip

It's interesting to create a setup.py script to auto install your package, so it's easier to users install it and you can publish that at Python Package Index and.

I actually done this a couple days ago. Just look for tutorials at pypi.python.org, it's very easy and fast to understand and learn the process.
