Plugin for include PEP 263. Defining the encoding to "utf-8" in python files.
Instalation
Copy the Pep263 folder to .config/sublime-text-2/Packages
Usage:
Copy this file to folder Package.
Type 'ctrl-alt-j' at Sublime. This will include the PEP 263 to "utf-8" on begin file.
