Add argument for accepting path to config file

I've checked the source code and couldn;t find there an option to parse an argument for setting the path to a configuration file for YAML (the way it's set up for and used by the yamllint). Since we have such a config in our repo and use it actively with yamllint, it would be nice to also format based on the rules specified there.
This is a feature request.
P.S.: I can try to implement it myself.
