Tushare Pro 行情订阅分发

1. 综述：
    本工具订阅Tushare实时行情并通过Zeromq PUB进行分发。

2. 配置：
    tsrtpub读取当前目录下config.json文件进行配置，请参考事例config.json

3. 编译：
    3.1 tsrtpub依赖cppzmq，与nlohmann::json，请在你的包管理中自行安装。
    3.2 git clone --recurse-submodules https://github.com/junduck/tsrtpub
    3.3 mkdir build
        cd build
        cmake ..
        make

4. 运行：
    4.1 ./tsrtpub 跑就完事了，不需要参数。
