Make tags, hashtags, links, and photos easier to add in CreatSkeet actions

Right now, the CreateSkeet actions are primarily focused on creating text only skeets with no links, tags, or photos.
I want to add parameters that give the ability to add photos and properly handle facets like links and tags of all kinds.
