This skin seems to work as usual in kodi 19 if xbmc.gui is updated (at least all the basic things)
This pull request update xbmc.gui to support kodi 19 and remove extendedinfo dependency (as it's seems abbandoned and isn't needed to run the skin)

Fix also a bug on weather menu ($LOCALIZE[31411] was not converted in "unsupported" string as it should)
