Bet placing elements are not visible on mobile

You can confirm this bug in Chrome by using the mobile/responsive view.

Problem: When visiting this application from a narrow screen (mobile) the element used to place the bet is off screen to the right and not visible until you go to 'desktop view'.

Expectation: If the screen is too narrow the bet placing element should automatically appear beneath the elements currently visible.
