Feasibility:

Minimum Viable Performance (these are mostly just finger in the wind estimates):
- AFTL (Average First Time Load): ~< 1.5s
- ACL (Average Cached Load): ~< 750ms
Simplicity of Use:
- Simple first time use (can anyone just get started immediately?)
- Can we use expected libraries from npm, clojars?
- Do we get reasonable feedback from errors/debugging?
Composability?
- Can we easily share code and compose modules?
