Expression of interest / Pre-sign up for mission page needed

It may be easier for mission designers to work out packages and flights when they know (approx) how many people are available for a mission on a specific date.

Should we include functionality to have a general sign-up page where people can show intention to fly a mission, with a selection of (one or more?) preferred aircraft types.

This can then be used by the campaign creator to build missions suited to the expected user turn-out

For extra cool, have the list from the EOI/Pre sign Up Page, visible in the final mission sign up page and allow the creator to assign people to flights/aircraft in the new mission.
