On mobile version of V2 chat pane appears after the first pane (campaign/mission summary etc.)

Likely due to the layout of the desktop page, when browsing the mobile version of the V2 site, the comments and chat are displayed after the first 'pane'. Noting that internet custom is comments at the bottom of a site, can this be changed for the Mobile so comments are at the bottom of the page.

The current implementation on mobile. requires users to scroll past (potentially) a wall of banal chatter before getting to important mission information.

I'll keep this open for now but this is a pretty edge case and unlikely to be fixed. As mentioned the desktop version orders boxes in this manner. The chances of a huge comments section to scroll over are pretty small. May look at this after OPtics had all its intended functionality implemented
