Add kof requirements for k0rdent UI - Grafana, Sveltos, Cluster API Visualizer, and custom tools to help find the reason of issue

More from Shaun:

Overall system health: When deploying a large complex monitoring solution it would be good to have a clear view of what the status of all the regional/storage cluster are and how many child cluster are attached to them.
Self Monitoring of the Mothership is something that should work out of the box.
