Table to store reports of code metrics sent from octocov.

Columns

id	STRING		false			ID ( using ULID ).
owner	STRING		false			User name or organization name of the repository owner.
repo	STRING		false			Repository name. In some cases, the name of a monorepo subproject.
ref	STRING		false			Ref when code metrics are retrieved.
commit	STRING		false			Commit hash when code metrics are retrieved.
coverage_total	INTEGER		true			The number of lines counted as code.
coverage_covered	INTEGER		true			The number of lines covered by the test.
code_to_test_ratio_code	INTEGER		true			The number of lines counted as "code" when measuring the code to test ratio.
code_to_test_ratio_test	INTEGER		true			The number of lines counted as "test code" when measuring the code to test ratio.
test_execution_time	NUMERIC		true			Test execution time (nanoseconds).
timestamp	TIMESTAMP		false			Time when the code metrics were collected.
raw	STRING		false			Raw data of code metrics.
